Choosing and purchasing a reseller plan
A reseller plan is the product you buy to start managing client sites. The plan sets the size of your license pool and the renewal terms; everything else — client management, dashboards, alerts — is the same regardless of which plan you pick. This article covers how the tiers differ, how to choose the right one, and what happens automatically once you purchase.

Plan tiers
Plans are listed on the public pricing page in three tiers, sized by the number of client sites you can manage:
- Starter — for small agencies and freelancers who manage a handful of sites.
- Business — the most common tier for established agencies with a steady client list.
- Enterprise — for hosts and large agencies; includes the largest pool size and is usually paired with a custom support arrangement.
Each card shows the pool size (how many sites you can manage simultaneously), the annual price, and a per-site cost calculated for comparison. The feature set — firewall, malware scanner, threat intelligence, dashboard, client portal, and support — is the same across all tiers; only the pool size and price change.
Choosing the right size
Pick the smallest pool that covers your current clients plus a small buffer. Pools are sized in fixed increments, so unless you are right at the edge of a tier, the next pool up gives you more headroom than you need today and you save money by waiting until you actually approach the limit. If you are unsure, the Business tier is the right starting point for most agencies.
If your needs do not match any of the public tiers (very high site counts, white-label needs, or custom support terms), use the “Custom Package” contact link on the pricing page rather than picking the largest tier and overpaying.
What happens at purchase
Plan purchase runs through standard checkout. Once payment completes:
- A reseller organisation is created on your account, if you do not already have one.
- The license pool is provisioned with the number of slots that match the plan you bought.
- You are granted access to the reseller area — Dashboard, Clients, Licenses, and the rest — the next time you sign in.
The whole process happens automatically. You do not need to email support to activate the account unless something goes wrong with the order.
Adding capacity later
If your existing pool fills up and you need more slots, the simplest option is to purchase an additional plan; the new pool is added alongside the existing one. For larger expansions or to upgrade an existing pool in place, contact support — some changes are easier to handle as an account adjustment than as a new purchase.
