Using the reseller Dashboard

The Dashboard is the page you land on after signing in to the reseller area. It is designed to answer one question: does anything across my clients need my attention right now? Everything on the page is a roll-up; if something looks wrong, you click through into the relevant detailed page to investigate.

Top-row stat cards

Four cards across the top summarise your reseller account at a glance:

  • Total Clients. Every client you have ever onboarded, including suspended ones. Useful for understanding the size of your business.
  • Active Clients. Clients in the active state — their license is in force and the plugin on their site is reporting in.
  • Suspended Clients. Clients you have temporarily paused. They still occupy a pool slot, so a high suspended count is a good prompt to clean up.
  • Average Security Score. The mean security score across all your active clients. Use it as a trend metric — a falling average usually means a few problem clients are pulling the number down, and the Security Posture section below tells you which ones.

License pool usage

Underneath the stat cards is a section showing every license pool on your account. Each pool is rendered as a coloured progress bar with a used/total count. Most resellers only have one pool; you would have several if you have purchased multiple plans or a top-up.

Watch for pools approaching capacity. Once a pool is full, you cannot allocate a license to a new client without first revoking one of the existing allocations. The colour shifts from green to amber as you approach the limit so you have warning before you hit it.

Security posture

The Security Posture section highlights two counts you usually want to act on:

  • Critical Sites. Clients whose plugin is reporting a critical-severity issue right now — for example, an unresolved malware finding or a firewall that has been turned off. These typically warrant a same-day response.
  • Sites Needing Attention. Clients with non-critical warnings that should be looked at within the next few days — outdated plugins, weak passwords, or scans that have not run on schedule.

Both numbers link straight into a filtered Clients view, so you do not need to remember which clients are in which state.

Recent alerts

The bottom of the Dashboard shows the most recent alerts across all your clients, with the newest first. This is a quick triage view rather than a complete log; for the full alert history, filtering, and dismissal, use the Alerts page (linked from the “View All” control on this section).
