VMP™ Security provides WordPress security solutions, including but not limited to:

• WordPress vulnerability scanning and protection
• Firewall and malware protection
• Security monitoring and threat intelligence
• Website security audits and assessments
• CVE assignment and vulnerability research
• Security plugins and tools
• Technical support and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees and Charges

Some aspects of our Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account according to the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for renewal fees
• Subscription refunds are subject to our Refund Policy outlined in Section 5
• We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice
• Price changes do not affect current subscription periods

Payment Methods

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred.

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds according to the following terms:

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time purchases of our services may be eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our services
• Initial Subscriptions: New subscribers can request a refund within 30 days of their first payment
• Subscription Renewals: No refunds for automatic subscription renewals unless there are technical issues or service failures on our part
• Promotional Pricing: Refunds for promotional purchases may be subject to different terms as specified at the time of purchase
• Service Issues: Full or partial refunds may be provided at our discretion for significant service failures or technical issues that prevent normal use of our services
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

To request a refund, please contact us at list@vmpsecurity.com with your account details, order information, and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by VMP™ Security, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes or personal use.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Services
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Services

8. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at list@vmpsecurity.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Services.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms or our policies
• Harms other users, us, or third parties
• Exposes us to liability
• Is fraudulent or illegal

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The Services will meet your requirements
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected
• The Services will prevent all security threats or vulnerabilities

While we strive to provide comprehensive security protection, no security solution can guarantee complete protection against all threats.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VMP™ Security, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Security breaches or vulnerabilities not prevented by our Services

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VMP™ Security and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VMP™ Security operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within this jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and VMP™ Security concerning the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
